Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, ensuring all original documentation and accessories are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
