The case is made of stainless steel, and the original band design, too, is reproduced down to the smallest detail — length, form, and even the position of the dimples. In a further nod to where G-SHOCK beg an and how far it has come, the bezel and band are, like the original, made with resin, but now bio-based. This material is expected to help reduce environmental impact.
