The navigation timer, or the Navitimer, is a wrist-worn chronograph designed for every aviator among the ranks. The new Navitimer models embrace classic features while showcasing modern refinements. Worn by astronauts in space as well as airline captains, this is Breitling's most iconic timepiece. A COLLECTOR'S PIECE A colorful blue dial is organized by baton hour markers and a circular slide rule that allows the wearer to perform various calculations related to time, distance, and conversions. The dial is further enhanced by a 24 hour GMT scale, a date display, and a vibrant seconds hands. Presented on a dark blue alligator leather strap, the 41mm stainless steel case is framed by a beaded bezel for optimum grip. Powered by the Breitling 32 caliber movement, this timepiece carries a 42 hour power reserve and is water resistant to 30 bar (300 meters).
